Our partner has a great deal of history in mentoring big companies in all over Sweden. The aim of the program is to identify the entrepreneur and validate whether or not he has an idea to launch. We provide the step by step process to have a start-up in Sweden.
The mentorship program includes:
- 1. Meeting with the entrepreneur and allow him to give a presentation about his passion or business idea.
- 2. We offer the business advice about how to brand your idea and make it valuable and practica
- 3. How to create a business plan and a financial plan to have your business idea in a professional context.
- 4. Our consultant then give a presentation about the Swedish institutions that the entrepreneur should be aware of to submit his documents to start a business and understand the Swedish regulations.
- 5. We inform the entrepreneur about the rules of every Swedish governmental entity to save time and make the process of applying and communication smooth and efficient.
- 6. After registering the start-up, we offer the taxation and accounting service to the start-up. For example, every month or quarter, semi-annually or annually, start-ups and companies in Sweden submit their profits and taxes sheets to the government. We also provide this service to make sure that the start-ups are following the Swedish regulations in a professional way
- 7. If the entrepreneur wants to apply for a fund to finance his project, we walk the entrepreneur through the best gates where he/she can apply for fund according to the Swedish regulations.

When we meet the Entrepreneur, we provide mentorship to make the process of communication with the Swedish governmental organizations efficient. Based on our experience, we know how to make the entrepreneur prepare the documents in a way that will not waste a lot of time when sending to his/her case administrator (Handläggare) who is in charge of handling the case and give a decision. We also give a presentation about the Swedish governmental organizations and the function of each and every organization. Moreover, we enlighten the entrepreneur about the professional way of communication with such Swedish organizations and set expectations about the time frames to receive decisions. This is also stemmed from the founder’s experience who has been through all this journey step by step when he managed to start EK-Sweden.
