Important Note

We do not guarantee a job, we give the student all it takes to help him in getting a job and go to the interview, but the rest if on the student. We have an experience in helping many students get working student’s jobs in different companies in Sweden.

We do not guarantee a job for the graduate, but we offer what it takes the graduate to get accepted and apply for a job. In addition, we walk him through all the channels to get a job. We helped lots of students to get jobs in 2019.

1. The Assistant

Through our agent’s office in Egypt that is called (The Assistant) students will come to the office to perform a smart survey that indicates why the student wants to study in Sweden and which program does the student prefer and why the student prefers that program. In addition, students will explain their future dream after they finish studying and what will be their next step. Afterwards, the student will have a Friendly interview with an educational consultant to come up with the suitable program that fulfill the student’s dream.

EK Sweden’s agent will help the students to prepare the needed documents to match the Swedish criteria perfectly in order to apply at the university.

Our agent will send the documents to the consultancy office of the university EK-Sweden to double check and confirm that the documents are perfect before the final submission directly to the university’s admission’s office.

EK Sweden in collaboration with the agent in Egypt will facilitate the process of applying and getting the visa to travel to Sweden to study. Indeed, Students who study in Sweden do not get visa rather than they get a residence permit because they will stay in Sweden more than three month. We handle all of that in details in cooperation with our agent in Egypt and the Swedish embassy to Egypt.

Ek Sweden in cooperation with the university as well as the agent in Egypt will discuss the different types of accommodations that the student can apply at. We facilitate on the students the process of getting accommodation at an affordable price. We explain the benefits of each and every accommodation, the prices, and the locations. Afterwards, we choose the suitable one for the student and book it for the student before travelling to Sweden.

It is a service that also offered to the students. a representative from the university waiting for them at the airport to pick them up to the university to get their accommodation keys then take them to their own accommodations safely.

8. Buddy program to assign an old student to mentor the new student who will join the university

Buddy program entails assigning an experienced old student to the new comer international student to guide him in the city of Jonkoping as well as be his mentor until the new international student get adapted to the new environment and manage to rely on himself in the university and the city.

9. Helping students to get a job while studying

This is a service that is offered by EK-Sweden only, and it is about referring students to some companies called Bemanning companies (Recruitment companies) in town to get a working student job so that the students can fund themselves and make some money. The founder has been a part of this process in details and managed to help many students to get jobs in international companies such as DB Schenker, Postnord, and DHL.

After graduation or when the study is about to come to an end, EK-Sweden help students to create the right CV and a good cover letter to apply for as job in Sweden or Europe. We also give them consultancy about how to get a job in Sweden and the best channels to get a job. In addition, we refer them to some international recruitment companies in Sweden and Europe to help them in getting a job after graduation in international or national companies.
